CBO Young Leadership Institute

The CBO Young Leadership Institute (CBO-YL) is for young women and men 16-24 years of age who train the trainers of youth development and peer education. They are trained in non-profit management, health promotion and health prevention, and community service and outreach. CBO-YL participants serve as mentors and co-facilitate BTU-SPI program.

The Summer Peer Institute is a program that takes in 35 Boston-based employees each year who become Rhodes Scholars through our 7-week paid peer leadership training program.
